About ai-toolfinder
ai-toolfinder is an independent directory of AI tools for HR teams. It lists 192 tools from 31 countries, each checked on the vendor's own pages and dated, and shows for each tool the countries where it has real presence.
It exists because HR teams asked the same questions again and again: which tool actually solves this task, does it work in our country, where is the data, and what does the works council need to know. Most search results answer with vendor listicles. This directory tries to answer with facts, sources and verified reviews.
Who curates it
Nick is an HR interim manager based in Frankfurt am Main and builds AI routines together with HR teams. He curates the directory and reads every review before it goes live. Because he also advises companies on AI projects in HR, the method page explains how independence is kept: no vendor pays for listing, text or position.
