For vendors
ai-toolfinder.com is an independent directory of AI tools for HR. This page explains how to submit your tool, take over your profile and what you can do as a vendor.
Listed for free
Being listed is free. There are no paid listings and no paid placements. The order of results follows fixed, public rules, see How we review.
Submit a tool
- Create a free account. You sign in with a link sent by email.
- Fill in the Submit a tool form: name, website, description, category, countries and your relationship to the tool.
- We check whether the tool meets the inclusion criteria: a product for companies that supports HR work, with an AI feature described on your website.
- You receive the decision by email. If we decline, we tell you why.
Accepted tools get a profile that we write ourselves, based on your website and public sources. If the submission comes from an email address at your tool's domain, the profile counts as taken over by you once it is accepted.
Take over your profile
If your tool is already listed, click "Is this your tool?" on the profile. Sign in with an email address at your tool's domain, for example name@your-tool.com. After a short check, we confirm you as the vendor.
What you can do as a vendor
- Correct facts: suggest corrections with a source. We check them before publication.
- Provide a logo: you can provide an up-to-date logo, which we show unchanged.
- Reply to reviews: you can reply publicly once to each review. We also read replies before publication. They appear as a reply from the vendor.
- Add the badge: you receive a code for the "Listed on ai-toolfinder.com" badge. Use it unchanged and with the link to your profile. You can also host the image file on your own server. Then your website loads nothing from our server.
- Ask customers for reviews: approach all customers or a random selection and do not pick them by how satisfied they are. Use neutral wording and do not provide texts. Such reviews carry the note "Invited by vendor". Any incentive must not depend on the content or the star rating and must be disclosed.
What is not allowed
- having reviews removed because they are critical,
- buying a better placement,
- superlatives without evidence, such as "market leader" or "number 1",
- reviews by your own staff, agencies or others acting for you,
- incentives for positive reviews,
- pressure on reviewers or attempts to identify them.
In case of breaches, we may remove replies and affected reviews and withdraw the vendor status. The detailed rules are in the Terms of use and the review guidelines.
If you think a review is wrong
You can reply publicly and give your view. If a review is illegal, for example because of a false statement of fact or an insult, report it via "Report" on the review or via Report content. We then ask the reviewer for a statement and, where appropriate, for proof of use. After that we decide and tell you the result. We do not pass on the reviewer's identity unless we are legally obliged to.
Logos and trademarks
We use names and show logos to identify tools. This does not mean a partnership with the vendor. We show logos unchanged. If you do not want us to show your logo, write to us. We will remove it and show the name as text instead. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
