Iktos is a French drug discovery company that combines generative AI, retrosynthesis software and laboratory robotics. Medicinal chemists use its Makya and Spaya platforms to design molecules and plan how to make them.

Iktos was founded in 2016 and is based in Paris. It sells two SaaS platforms: Makya for generative molecular design and Spaya for AI retrosynthesis. Iktos Robotics adds automated chemistry and a biology screening platform, so design, synthesis, testing and analysis can run as one cycle. Besides software licenses, the company works in discovery collaborations, and its website shows Takeda and Pierre Fabre among its partners.
