Lovable AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Lovable is an AI app builder that creates full-stack web apps and websites from chat prompts and hosts them on its own cloud. Founders, product teams and business units use it to build prototypes and internal tools without a development team.

Users describe what they want, and Lovable generates the app, which they can refine by chat or by editing code, with Git sync to GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket on all plans. Lovable Cloud hosts apps with regional data residency in the EU, US and Asia-Pacific and runs a security scan at publish time. According to the privacy policy, the controller is Lovable Labs Sweden AB in Stockholm; the data processing agreement names Lovable Labs Incorporated with an address in Boston as the processor. Plans are credit-based: Free, Pro, Business with SSO and Enterprise.

On Free and Pro, workspace data can be used for model training unless you opt out in settings; Business and Enterprise exclude it by default. The processor in the DPA is a US entity, so review transfer terms and choose the EU region for EU personal data. The security page names no SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certificate for Lovable itself, only that the platform supports SOC 2 and GDPR requirements, so ask for audit evidence. Generated apps need review by someone who understands security before they handle real data.
