Sarvam AI provides APIs and models for translation, speech recognition and speech synthesis in Indian languages, for companies and public bodies that serve customers across India.

Sarvam AI, legally Axonwise Private Limited in Bengaluru, develops its own models: Bulbul for text to speech, Saaras for speech to text, translation models and the Sarvam 105B language model, plus voice agents built on them. The company describes itself as a sovereign AI platform for India.

All APIs draw on one shared credit balance with no monthly commitment. The documentation lists sample rates up to 48 kHz for speech output and a pace control from half to double speed.

• Voices content in Indian languagesBulbul v3 turns text into speech in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia and English with more than 30 voices. Marketing and product teams can publish audio versions, IVR prompts or app narration for Indian audiences.
