Figma is a browser-based design tool where product, design and development teams create and test user interfaces together, with AI features for prototyping, image editing and routine design tasks.

Figma covers interface design, prototyping, design systems and developer handoff, with FigJam for whiteboarding and Figma Make for building working prototypes from prompts. Seats come as full, dev and collab seats with different prices and AI credit allowances. Figma, Inc. is based in San Francisco. Several features, such as the Figma agent, were still in beta when we checked in September 2026.
