Check where data is processed: documents are stored in UK and EU data centers, but OpenAI and Anthropic appear as subprocessors with US and EU locations. Review the DPA, which includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK transfer addendum. The vendor states it is not a high-risk system under the EU AI Act. SSO is only part of Enterprise. Confirm how your own confidentiality duties apply to client documents.
