jamie is an AI meeting note tool from Germany that records on the user's own device instead of sending a bot into the call. It works for online and in-person meetings and processes data only in Europe, which appeals to banks, law firms and consultancies.

jamie runs as an app on Mac, Windows and iPhone and captures meetings on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or in the room. Because no bot joins, participants may not notice a recording. Set a clear rule for announcing it; custom consent notices are an Enterprise feature. SAML SSO and SCIM are also Enterprise only. The SOC 2 Type II audit was still in progress in September 2026.
