Motion is an AI calendar and work planner that combines calendar, tasks, projects, docs and meetings. It schedules tasks into free time automatically and replans when priorities change, aimed at individuals and small to midsize teams.
Motion bundles a calendar, task and project management, docs, a wiki, notes and meeting features in one app. Pro AI covers individuals and small teams; Business AI adds team capacity planning, dashboards, Gantt charts, time tracking and access controls. Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance, with extra credits billed by usage. All customer data is hosted on Google Cloud in Iowa, and Motion completed a SOC 2 Type II audit.
