Notta records Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and Webex calls, transcribes uploaded files and offers apps for web, mobile, desktop and Chrome, plus an MCP server and CLI. Business plans add video recording and CRM connections. The vendor states that more than 6,000 companies use Notta. Outside Japan the contracting party is NOTTA PTE. LTD. in Singapore; in Japan it is Notta K.K. Hosting runs on AWS.

The security page names AWS but no hosting region, and we found no public DPA or subprocessor list in September 2026, so request both before using it for client meetings. Notta Brain credits and translation are paid add-ons. SAML SSO requires the Enterprise plan from 51 seats.
