Perceptyx does not publish self-serve pricing, so expect a sales-led quote sized to Fortune 1000-style deployments. Its security page lists FedRAMP, HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II, and its sub-processor list names AWS cloud storage in the USA and the EU without saying which region applies to a customer, so ask directly. Because the platform analyzes engagement, 360 feedback and coaching data, note that California's CCPA covers employee data the same way as consumer data. If 360 results feed promotion decisions, test them for bias, since Illinois bans AI that discriminates by protected class.
