Tally is a form builder from Belgium that offers unlimited forms and submissions on its free plan, stores form data in Europe and adds an AI assistant plus connectors to Claude and ChatGPT. It suits small teams and freelancers as well as larger departments.
Tally's free plan already includes conditional logic, signatures, calculations and file uploads. Pro adds custom domains, team collaboration, custom CSS and analytics; Business adds data retention controls, email verification and a 90-day version history. Tally BV is based in Belgium and stores all form data, encrypted in transit and at rest, in Europe, with Google Cloud in Belgium as the hosting provider. It lists 15 subprocessors, including US providers for email and payments.

Form data stays in Europe, but email delivery and payments run through US subprocessors, so review the list. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT means those assistants read submissions during a conversation; decide which forms may be accessed that way, especially if they contain personal data. Business adds data retention controls, which help with deletion rules.
