Toloka supplies human-generated training and evaluation data for AI agents and large language models, drawing on a network of domain experts, for AI labs and companies building their own models.
Toloka's offer includes agent trajectory demonstrations, step-by-step evaluations, virtual RL environments, red teaming, workflows captured from expert teams and domain datasets for coding and reasoning. The company states more than 6,000 active contributors in 90 domains across over 100 countries, with automated quality control and anti-fraud checks. It runs on Microsoft Azure with private or on-premises storage options and operates the Toloka Arena model ranking. Toloka AI B.V. is registered in Amsterdam, and Nebius lists an equity stake in Toloka.
