UBITS AI features and pricing (October 2026)

UBITS is a corporate learning and talent platform from Colombia for mid-size and large employers in Latin America. It pairs a Spanish course library with AI that tutors learners, builds training and development plans and helps HR create its own courses.

UBITS started as a learning platform and now has five modules: learning, recruiting, performance, surveys and HR operations. The learning module offers five academies with content on more than 30 competencies and 150 skills, plus an LMS for company courses. The legal entity UBITS Learning Solutions S.A.S. is based in Bogotá, with privacy policies for Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile. UBITS reports more than 1,000 client companies and names Mercado Libre, Cencosud, Sodimac, Alsea and Totalplay among them. Licenses are sold annually per company.

• Tutors learners around the clockStudy Mode guides each learner through the content based on profile and goals, and an AI support function answers questions without waiting for a trainer. Learning teams handle fewer routine requests, and employees get help when they study.
• Builds training and development plansThe AI generates structured training plans with content and timelines for teams or individuals, and drafts individual development plans from evaluation results and competencies. It tracks progress and adjusts the plan, which saves HR the manual matching of courses to gaps.
• Creates in-house course materialLMS AI produces short branded course videos with AI-assisted scripts, generates course covers and writes assessment questions from the course context. Companies can publish their own training faster without an external production team.
• Coaches team leadersCoach para Líderes summarizes the status of a team, suggests concrete actions and follows up on commitments from conversations. First-line managers get prepared talking points, and HR sees whether agreed steps were taken.

• Combines a Spanish content library of five academies with an LMS for company courses and AI content tools in one license.
• Separate privacy policies for Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile, with a privacy by design approach for Colombian law.
• Performance module offers AI-built competency evaluations with automatic calibration and bias analysis, according to the vendor.

UBITS Learning Solutions S.A.S. is based in Bogotá, and the vendor says the platform is designed for Colombia's data protection law, Ley 1581.

UBITS suits employers whose workforce learns in Spanish in Latin America; an English interface is not confirmed, only an English-language academy. Hosting is on AWS without a published region, and the privacy policy allows transfers abroad, so request the hosting location and data processing terms. If you use the AI competency evaluations for performance decisions of staff in the EU, those count as high risk under the EU AI Act from December 2, 2027.
