What is airfocus?
airfocus is a modular product management platform for strategy, prioritization, feedback and roadmaps, aimed at product teams in midsize and large companies. It was founded in Hamburg and has been part of Lucid Software since February 2025. Its AI analyzes feedback and drafts product documents.
airfocus combines roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, feedback management and custom hierarchies. The Enterprise plan adds portfolio management, capacity planning, OKRs and integrations with Jira Server, Azure DevOps Server and Salesforce. Prices are only available on request, and there is no free trial. Lucid Software, the maker of Lucidchart and Lucidspark, acquired the company in February 2025.

Pricing is only available on request and there is no free trial, so plan a guided demo. The Insights Agent and the MCP server are part of the Enterprise plan only; Professional includes the writer, AI insight summaries and the airfocus agent chat. Choosing US or EU data residency is also an Enterprise option. Confirm how the Lucid ownership affects contracts and support.
