Productboard, Inc. is a US company. Customer data is hosted in AWS data centers in the US, and Productboard lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications.

Customer data is hosted in the US (AWS us-east-1), so EU companies should review the data processing agreement and transfer terms. AI features run on credits; when a workspace runs out, AI pauses until the next month unless you buy a top-up. SAML single sign-on is limited to Enterprise.
