Gladia is a speech-to-text API for meeting assistants, contact center software and voice agents. It transcribes recorded and live audio in more than 100 languages and enriches the transcript for downstream systems.
Gladia provides asynchronous and real-time transcription with language detection, speaker diarization and word-level timestamps, plus enrichment steps and webhooks to push results into a CRM or data warehouse. The company operates as Gladia SAS in France and Gladia Inc. By default it runs on a European provider based in France and offers other geographies per customer. It states more than 5,000 organizations use the service.
