Hourtick AI features and pricing (October 2026)
Time tracking app with tasks and team chat in which AI agents can be given work and log their own time, free for unlimited people.
What is Hourtick?
Hourtick combines a menu bar timer, a task board and team chat in one app. AI agents can be mentioned in chat, take over tasks and log their own time, which then appears in the reports next to the hours of people. The AI can also propose missing time entries from what you did in the tool. It is built for teams that track and bill hours and want agents counted in the same timesheets. A REST API and an MCP server are included. The free plan has no limit on people and includes 500 MB of usage a month; Pro costs $29 per month for 5 GB, with extra usage at $10 per GB.
What the AI in Hourtick does
- AI agents can be mentioned in chat, take over tasks and log their own time like team members
- The AI proposes missing time entries based on activity in Hourtick
- MCP server and REST API for access by your own agents
