What is Jump?
Jump is an AI platform for financial advisors and wealth management firms. It records and summarizes client meetings, prepares agendas, updates the CRM, drafts follow-ups and speeds up client onboarding paperwork.
The product has three modules: Meet (notetaker, meeting prep, follow-ups, CRM sync, scheduling), Onboard (AI intake forms, document parsing, account opening) and Grow (meeting analytics, topics and trends, client recommendations, advisor coaching). It connects to more than 40 tools, including Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, HubSpot, eMoney and Orion.
Jump was founded in 2022 and announced an $80 million Series B in February 2026. It names LPL Financial, Osaic and Cetera among its customers.
Jump AI features and use cases
- Takes notes in client meetingsThe notetaker joins Zoom or Teams meetings, transcribes the conversation and writes a structured summary. Advisors choose whether to keep a full recording, only the transcript or only the summary, and the results sync to the CRM so nobody types up notes afterward.
- Prepares meetings and follow-upsBefore a meeting, Jump pulls CRM and planning data into an agenda. Afterward it drafts the follow-up email and tasks for the advisor to review, which the vendor says saves advisors around ten hours a week.
- Fills in onboarding paperworkOnboard reads uploaded documents and meeting content and completes account opening forms and CRM fields automatically. Operations staff check the prefilled forms instead of entering every field by hand, which shortens the time until a new client's account is open.
- Answers questions across systemsThe AI Associate answers questions about clients and meetings and can take actions across connected systems. Advisors and assistants get answers about households, accounts and past conversations without switching between the CRM, the planning tool and email.
What sets Jump apart
- Public per-advisor pricing and a free trial for the Meet plan, which suits independent advisors and small firms.
- Recording is configurable to transcript-only or summary-only, and the vendor states customer data is not used to train models.
Where Jump is strongest
The vendor states that nearly one in ten US financial advisors uses Jump, and customers include US advisor networks such as LPL Financial, Osaic and Cetera.
Questions to ask before you buy Jump
Recording client meetings requires consent and must fit record-keeping rules for advice, such as SEC and FINRA requirements in the US or MiFID II in Europe. Jump is built for US advisors and its CRM integrations are US tools, so European firms should check the data region and GDPR terms. Generated notes and emails need advisor review before they go to clients.
