Kapittx is accounts receivable software from Pune for B2B companies with high invoice volumes. It combines collections workflows, AI agents that read customer replies, AI cash application and receivables analytics, and connects to SAP, NetSuite and Tally.

The platform covers payment reminders and dunning, dispute tracking, task assignment for collectors, cash application, subscription management and predictive analytics on payment risk. Connectors are listed for Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business One, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books. Kapittx is headquartered in Pune. Co-founders Kumar Karpe and Anand Ramachandran previously led the Indian payments company TechProcess, which was acquired by Ingenico, now part of Worldline.

• Reads replies to payment remindersThe AI collection agent classifies each customer reply as collectable, disputed or rejected, captures promise-to-pay dates and sends responses based on intent. Collectors stop triaging inboxes and act on the classified cases.
• Routes disputes to the right teamDisputes, missing purchase orders and approval holds are detected in customer emails and assigned as tasks with receivables context. Issues reach sales or operations without forwarded email chains. A task agent keeps the full context attached to each case.
• Matches payments to invoicesThe cash application agent reads remittance advice from emails, PDFs, spreadsheets and bank files and performs two-way and three-way matching against invoices and bank deposits. Unapplied cash shrinks and posting happens faster.
• Detects short payments and deductionsDuring daily reconciliation the agent flags short payments, deductions, chargebacks and partial settlements and categorizes them. Finance sees revenue leakage early and can follow up with customers. Unresolved differences are routed as exceptions.

• Holds SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 attestations, which matters for auditors reviewing receivables controls.
• Connects to SAP S/4HANA and ECC as well as Tally, covering both Indian mid-size firms and larger groups.

Kapittx publishes no prices, so request a quote after a demo. The security page lists SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2013, but no hosting region, and the privacy policy only says data sits on private or public cloud. Ask for the region, a data processing agreement and the subprocessor list, especially for customer emails read by the AI agent. For India, check obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
