Mindsight is a Brazilian people analytics and assessment platform owned by the Sankhya group. Its Mindmatch assessment scores candidates against profiles of high performers, and its AI predicts attrition and builds HR processes for employers in Brazil.

Mindsight covers recruiting and selection, performance reviews, engagement and climate surveys, people analytics dashboards, development trails and a task panel for approvals. Its Mindmatch assessment includes Big Five personality tests, culture fit, reasoning, motivation, social skills, learning agility and interest mapping, with test sets by job level. Founded in 2015, the company was acquired by the Brazilian ERP vendor Sankhya in December 2023. Mindsight reports about 400 clients, among them Itaú, Ambev, Azul and Grant Thornton, and works in Portuguese.

• Matches candidates to high performer profilesMindmatch uses machine learning to build market-based or company-specific archetypes for each role from profiles of high-performing employees. Candidate test results are compared with these archetypes and turned into a match score, so recruiters can rank a large applicant pool before interviews.
• Predicts attrition riskPredictive alerts analyze engagement history, behavioral profiles and absence data to point out employees at risk of leaving. HR and managers can start retention conversations before a resignation arrives, not only in the exit interview.
• Forecasts success in sales rolesFor commercial roles the platform combines historical performance data with behavioral information to estimate how well a new hire is likely to perform. Sales leaders get an additional data point for hiring and onboarding decisions.
• Builds HR processes from a descriptionHR describes a need in plain language and the AI builds climate surveys, performance reviews, dashboards or workflows. Mindsight states that the AI reads data without changing, moving or deleting it unless a user acts.

Mindsight works in Portuguese and targets employers in Brazil, where LGPD governs personal data. No hosting location, certificates or subprocessor list is published, so request them together with the data processing agreement. Personality testing and automated candidate scoring are high risk under the EU AI Act from December 2, 2027 when used for EU hiring, and Brazilian employers should also check how the test results are explained to candidates.
