Valsight AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Valsight is driver-based planning and simulation software from Berlin for large groups and larger midsize companies. Its Simulation Agent turns questions into scenarios, and finance teams approve the results before use.

Valsight Platform models drivers, assumptions and initiatives in one model for rolling forecasts, EBIT planning against top-down targets, investment decisions and acquisitions under uncertainty. Scenarios are calculated within seconds, so they can be discussed in the meeting itself. A second product, Vecto IFP, covers integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow planning for smaller companies. Valsight GmbH is registered in Berlin, and its website shows testimonials from Commerzbank, BLANCO, DATEV, VW Pkw, SHS and LVB. Prices for the platform are not published. Vecto IFP is listed at 99 euros per month or 990 euros per year plus VAT, with a 30-day free trial and hosting in a German data center.

• Explains and documents modelsThe assistant explains how drivers affect EBIT, which dimensions exist and how nodes are calculated, and helps write node descriptions. It works read-only and has no access to numeric values, so new team members understand existing models faster.

• Focuses on driver-based simulation and scenario planning rather than full budgeting, so it often sits next to an existing planning or ERP system.

Valsight publishes no prices for the platform and names TISAX only on the page for its Valsight Assistant, so ask for security documentation, hosting location and the data processing agreement early. According to the vendor, the assistant requires its own contract and data protection agreement. Clarify which language model powers the Simulation Agent and where prompts are processed.
