Wiza is a Chrome extension and web app from a Canadian vendor that finds and verifies business email addresses and phone numbers for sales, recruiting and marketing teams, and adds AI search and research functions.

Wiza reveals contact details on LinkedIn profiles through a Chrome extension and offers Wiza Prospect, a database search with filters for people and companies. Lists export to CSV or sync to CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Pipedrive, Attio and Gong Engage. The vendor says it verifies each email at the time of the request and lists 850M+ contacts. Since an update on August 19, 2026, the extension works on single profiles only, and bulk actions moved to Wiza Prospect. Wiza is based in Toronto according to CB Insights.

• Researches prospects with plain questionsAI Research answers questions that standard filters cannot, such as tech stack, hiring signals or budget ownership, by scanning the public web and Wiza data. Answers arrive as short text, yes or no, or numbers with reasoning, and reps filter lists by them before outreach.
• Finds prospects from a descriptionSmart Search turns a description such as a job title, seniority, industry and headcount into prospect filters, and it can find competitors of a named company. Sales reps do not need to learn every filter and can adjust the result afterward. Wiza marked it as beta in March 2026.
• Connects Wiza to AI assistantsSince May 2026 a Wiza MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP tools run prospect searches, enrich contacts and pull company data. Setup uses a Wiza API key. Reps stay in one conversation instead of switching between the assistant and the prospecting tool.

• Contact data is verified at the time of the request instead of read from a pre-loaded database, according to the vendor.
• The extension opens in the browser side panel and supports single-profile reveals on LinkedIn since August 2026, with bulk work in Wiza Prospect.
• Direct integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Pipedrive, Zoho, Creatio, Attio and Gong Engage, and the vendor offers an opt-out page for data subjects.
