Product analytics collects behavioral data of end users, so check consent and cookie requirements for your markets. Choose the EU data center at setup if needed. Paid tiers are priced by event volume, so estimate volumes early. SSO starts with the Growth plan. The data processing agreement is part of the terms of service.

Yes. Amplitude runs a data center in Frankfurt next to its US data center. Both locations are ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
