Best AI tools for marketing analytics: 6 tools ranked on what vendors publish (October 2026)
As of October 5, 2026, the best AI tools for marketing analytics in our directory are Contentsquare for seeing why visitors leave your own site, Supermetrics for asking Claude or ChatGPT questions about ad and web numbers, and Similarweb for competitor traffic. Contentsquare scored 8 of 8 on my fit scale and has a free plan with 200,000 sessions a month, while the cheapest published paid plans are Supermetrics at 39 euros and Similarweb at $125 a month on annual billing. The order rests on fit and on what vendors publish, and I ran no campaigns through these tools.
- Best if you want to see why visitors leave your own site: Contentsquare
- Best if you report ad and web numbers from many platforms in one place: Supermetrics
- Best if you need competitor and market traffic, not your own: Similarweb
- Best if marketing and product teams share one event dataset: Amplitude
- Best if you sell B2B and want to know which companies visit your site: Leadfeeder
On October 5, 2026 I opened the pricing, trust and AI pages of the marketing analytics tools in our directory and read each tool's public user reviews on GetApp. 23 entries carry this niche, but most are email, social or SEO products that list analytics as a side feature. I opened pages for nine candidates and kept six whose main job is measuring or explaining results.
The search "best AI tools for marketing analytics" mixes several jobs, so the ranking scores fit, AI on the plans you can see, free access and reviewer ratings. Our directory is paid by none of these vendors, and the order says what a buyer can verify, not whose numbers are more accurate.
Six jobs hide behind one search, and three neighbors have their own pages
Marketing analytics covers pulling campaign numbers together, explaining site behavior, sizing competitors, sharing event data with product teams, naming visiting companies and sending audiences back to ad and email tools. Our directory lists 60 marketing tools in total. I picked the one product per job that publishes enough to compare.
Three neighbors are covered elsewhere. Tracking whether ChatGPT or Gemini mention your brand sits in our analysis of AI SEO tools, and drafting copy is in the content marketing round-up. Email and social suites such as Klaviyo and Sprout Social are in the left-out list below. The marketing analytics niche shows the whole group.

How I ranked the tools
Each tool got 0 to 2 points on four things, so the maximum is 8. Job fit is my reading of how directly the product answers a marketing measurement question. The AI score is 2 when a named AI feature is on the free or entry plan, 1 when it sits only on a higher plan or the page gives no plan, 0 for none. Free route is 2 for a free plan or free tier and 1 for a trial only. The rating score is 2 for 4.5 or higher with at least 100 GetApp reviews and 1 for 4.0 or higher with at least 50. Ties break on job fit, then on the AI score.
Transparency is a separate column and does not move the rank: 1 point each for a published paid price, an own security certificate named on the vendor's page and a named hosting region.
G2, Capterra and TrustRadius answered my requests with 403 errors, and I did not work around that. GetApp reads without a block, so every rating here comes from GetApp, as read on October 5, 2026. Hightouch has 2 reviews there, which gives it 0 on the rating score. No score says how accurate a tool's numbers are.
All six side by side: two free plans, three published prices, two with nothing published
The two large free plans stop at a ceiling: Contentsquare at 200,000 sessions a month, Amplitude at 2 million events. For one person on annual billing, the first year costs 468 euros at Supermetrics Starter, 948 euros at the smallest Leadfeeder tier and $1,500 at Similarweb Competitive Intelligence. Contentsquare's paid plans and Hightouch's marketing plans publish no amount.
What this means for you: if the first year has to stay under 500 euros, the options with a number you can check today are Supermetrics Starter and the free plans of Contentsquare, Amplitude, Leadfeeder and Hightouch.

1. Contentsquare: best if you want to see why visitors leave your own site
Contentsquare shows what people did on the page before they left, which a conversion number cannot. The free plan covers 200,000 sessions a month with unlimited users and heatmaps, and the vendor's own comparison chart shows 1 month of data retention against 13 months on Growth.
Its AI is called Sense. On the free plan Sense writes survey questions, summarizes a single session replay and allows 1 Chat with Sense. Growth adds multiple replay summaries, AI summary reports, auto-tagging and sentiment analysis, and new accounts get a 15-day trial with full Growth access. An MCP connection lets Claude or ChatGPT query the data, with 300 tool calls a month on the free plan. Our directory listed no free trial, and I corrected it to the 15-day Growth trial.
The paid price of Contentsquare is not published: the vendor says it depends on monthly sessions, integrations, data retention and feature access. The trust page names ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701, a SOC 2 Type 2 report and Amazon Web Services and Azure as infrastructure, with no region. GetApp shows 4.8 from 124 reviews, with no data before 3 months and slow session replay as the complaints. Not for you if the answer you need sits in ad platform spend, because it measures behavior on your own site and app.
What this means for you: start on the free plan, but check its 1 month of retention against how far back your questions go.
2. Supermetrics: best if you report ad and web numbers from many platforms
Supermetrics measures nothing itself. It connects more than 150 platforms, among them Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce and Shopify, to sheets, BI tools and AI assistants.
The documentation lists Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot. AI chats need a plan that includes the AI chats destination, and the MCP route needs the Supermetrics API in the subscription. Studio AI credits come with every plan: 4,000, 12,000 and 18,000 a month on Starter, Growth and Pro.
Prices are published for three tiers, all with a 14-day trial and no card. Starter is 39 euros a month on annual billing (49 monthly) for 1 user, 3 data sources and 3 accounts per source. Growth is 159 euros (199) for 2 users and 7 sources, Pro 399 euros (499) for 3 users and 10 sources, and Enterprise is a quote. It names annual SOC 2 Type II audits and ISO 27001 and processes data on AWS and GCP servers in the EU.
The limit of Supermetrics is the plan cap: 3 sources on Starter is, for example, one ad network, one analytics tool and one CRM, and the pricing page sells extra sources as add-ons (29 euros a month on annual billing, up to 5 sources on Starter). GetApp shows 4.4 from 109 reviews; the complaints are lost connections and extra cost for connectors outside the basic plans. Not for you if you want charts and explanations without building a report, since it hands the analysis to whatever tool you point it at. What this means for you: count your sources before you pick a tier.
3. Similarweb: best if you need competitor and market traffic, not your own
Similarweb is the only tool here that tells you about sites that are not yours. Its self-serve page lists three packages, each with 1 user seat. Competitive Intelligence costs $125 a month on annual billing ($199 monthly) and keeps 3 months of history. Competitive Intel, SEO and AEO costs $333 ($399) with 6 months of history and 150 tracked AI prompts, and a third adds ad intelligence at $542 ($649).
The AI agents (Demand Analysis and SEO Strategy) and AI Studio belong to the business and enterprise tier, which is sold through sales, and the vendor lists MCP, APIs and data feeds there. The trust center names SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3 and ISO 27001:2022 and states no hosting region.
GetApp shows 4.6 from 261 reviews for Similarweb. Reviewers call it costly for small organizations and report weaker data for smaller websites. Not for you if your own site is small, because your own analytics will be closer to the truth than a view of someone else's traffic. What this means for you: for a one-off competitor study, one month at $199 is cheaper than the $1,500 annual commitment.
5. Leadfeeder: best if you sell B2B and want to know which companies visit
Leadfeeder turns anonymous traffic into a list of companies. The free Lite plan shows the last 100 identified companies a month with 7 days of visitor history and unlimited seats. Discover starts at 79 euros a month on annual billing (113 monthly), Activate at 369 euros (527) and Scale at 599 euros, annual only.
AI starts at Activate, which adds an AI-curated shortlist and AI list enrichment, and Scale adds AI alerts and automatic CRM enrichment. Hosting is AWS in the EU/EEA, with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 named.
GetApp shows 4.2 from 136 reviews for Leadfeeder and 3.9 for value for money. Reviewers complain that auto-renewal needs a cancellation 30 days ahead with no reminder, and about contact and email data. It names companies from IP address data, per the vendor, so a consumer audience is outside its job, and it is not for you if you sell to individuals. What this means for you: put the cancellation date in your calendar the day you subscribe.
6. Hightouch: best if your customer data sits in a warehouse and should reach ad and email tools
Hightouch acts on what your warehouse already knows and does not analyze. The free Basic Reverse ETL tier allows up to 2 active syncs with unlimited destinations and seats. The marketing plans (Ad Studio, Lifecycle Studio, AI Decisioning) are usage based and include a "Pre-set amount of monthly personalized actions", and no amount or price is published.
AI Decisioning picks message, channel and timing per person with reinforcement learning. The documentation requires a connected warehouse, prepared audience and event tables and at least one connected destination: Braze, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The pricing page names ISO 27001, SOC 2 and deployment in an EU region, and GetApp has 2 reviews, too few to score. Not for you if you have no warehouse or no one to model audiences. What this means for you: expect most of the cost in warehouse work before the first automated decision.
Which tool fits which situation
The tree follows the six jobs and sends you to one tool. If two answers are yes, start with the question you must answer this quarter.
Self-check
Which tool fits your question?
A rough orientation from what vendors publish, not a replacement for a trial.
Is the data you need about behavior on your own site or app?

Tools I checked and left out
Klaviyo is an email platform that lists predicted lifetime value, churn risk and RFM analysis, but its pricing page shows the free limits of 250 profiles and 500 emails a month and no fixed paid amount, so no unit exists to compare. Madgicx focuses on Meta ads, and its price depends on a monthly ad spend selector on the page. Optimizely sells an experimentation and content suite, and its AI page shows no price and sends you to a demo. Peec AI, Profound and Ahrefs Brand Radar track AI visibility, which our analysis of AI SEO tools covers.
Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Emplifi and Sprinklr are social suites whose analytics serve publishing, and I did not open them for this page. neuroflash writes copy and belongs with the content round-up.
