Cherre is a real estate data platform from a US vendor that connects, cleans and models property, financial and market data for asset managers and investment managers, and offers AI agents that run on that data.

Cherre ingests data from leasing, accounting and deal systems and from third-party data providers through connectors, a secure SFTP ingress and a submission portal for vendors. It maps the data to its Universal Data Model, checks it with preset and custom business rules and delivers it to data warehouses, BI tools and dashboards. Customers are institutional owners, asset managers and investment managers. Cherre, Inc. is based in New York and, according to a press release of July 14, 2026, was acquired by RealPage. Prices are not published.

• Builds custom agents on connected dataAgent STUDIO lets teams build and run AI agents on top of Cherre's data model and knowledge graph. Customers can switch between AI models and set access controls per agent, and the vendor states that data is not used for model training. Expert support helps with design and rollout.
• Runs ready-made real estate agentsThe AI agent marketplace lists work packages such as OM Theses Screener, NOI Delta Explainer, Rent Roll Validator and Variance Analysis. They run on the customer's reconciled Cherre data, so analysts spend less time on manual checks. The vendor says deployment typically takes weeks if the data foundation is sound.
• Automates data intake and validationAccording to the product overview, AI-powered ingestion and workflow tools collect, route and validate incoming data. Finance and operations teams get fewer manual file corrections, and a review and approval workflow sits between raw submissions and the figures used in reports.

• Built for real estate: a Universal Data Model and knowledge graph that match addresses, parcels and units, with more than 3.3 billion addresses according to the platform page.
• Model-agnostic agent builder; agents can also connect to more than 1,000 business tools beyond real estate, according to the vendor.
• SOC 2 Type 2 examination covering security and confidentiality; the security program is based on ISO 27001 and NIST 800-53.

Cherre, Inc. is based in New York (228 Park Avenue South) and has belonged to Texas-based RealPage since July 2026; according to its privacy policy, customer data is hosted in the United States.

Per the privacy policy, Cherre's services are hosted by a third-party vendor in the United States unless an order form says otherwise, so EU, UK and Swiss customers should review the Data Privacy Framework certification and the data processing terms. Pricing is available only through a demo request. Since July 2026 Cherre belongs to RealPage, so ask how the stated commitment to open connections and customer data control is written into your contract.
