Dendreo AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Dendreo is management software for training organizations and education centers in France, covering administration, sales, finance, teaching and quality, with an optional AI assistant for course texts, session scheduling, survey analysis and quiz creation.

Dendreo manages training sessions, learners, clients, trainers, invoicing, documents and quality processes for training providers of every size, from small firms to large companies. It has been on the market since 2011 and names French reference customers such as URSSAF, Malakoff Médéric and Comundi. Data is hosted exclusively in France with OVH and Amazon France. Plans are billed monthly without a minimum term and scale with users and learners per year, with a one-time setup fee.

• Writes and translates catalog textsThe Assistant IA produces, summarizes, expands and translates text for training catalogs and administrative documents. Teams maintaining large catalogs publish course descriptions faster and in several languages.
• Schedules sessions by commandTraining sessions can be scheduled and managed through written or spoken instructions. Coordinators set up recurring sessions without moving through several forms.
• Analyzes satisfaction surveysThe assistant analyzes questionnaire responses, detects trends and points out areas to improve. Quality managers get a summary of learner feedback that they can use for quality reviews.
• Builds quizzes and prefills modulesThe AI generates multiple-choice questions for chosen competencies and turns PDF training programs into text that fills module fields. Trainers and administrators save time on routine preparation.

• The AI runs on Brain by Septeo, which Dendreo describes as French sovereign AI hosted on French infrastructure.
• All customer data is stored in France with OVH and Amazon France, according to the security page.
• The AI assistant is a paid option from €39 to €99 per month and is not available on the Starter plan.

Dendreo is a French vendor that keeps data only in France and names French reference customers such as URSSAF, Malakoff Médéric and Comundi.

Budget for the AI option on top of the plan price and the one-time setup fee, and note that SSO is limited to the Platine plan. Dendreo is built around French training rules, so check fit outside France. Ask for the data processing agreement under GDPR Article 28, since it is not published on the website.
