Digiforma AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Digiforma is management software for training organizations, apprenticeship centers and independent trainers in France, covering administration, sales, teaching and finance, with the AI assistant Pétronille that carries out tasks from written or spoken commands.

Digiforma brings together session planning, learner and client records, documents, invoicing and a learner portal for organismes de formation, the French term for registered training providers. It also serves apprenticeship centers (CFA), continuing medical education providers and companies running internal training. The publisher, A World For Us SAS, is based in Paris and has run the product since 2009. The vendor reports more than 6,000 client organizations and over two million learners on its portal. Plans are priced by the number of learners per year, with add-on modules for administration, LMS, teaching and finance.

• Enters people and imports learnersPétronille creates clients, learners and trainers from a written or spoken instruction and can import learners and assign them to a client. Administrators skip form filling for routine data entry and keep records consistent.
• Drafts training programsFrom a short description, the assistant creates a prefilled training program in Digiforma. Program managers start from a structured draft and only need to adjust objectives, content and duration.
• Schedules sessionsPétronille creates sessions and assigns dates, prices, clients, learners, programs and trainers, and it can change dates or plan courses running over several days or months. Coordinators save the clicks otherwise spread across several screens.
• Checks Qualiopi indicatorsThe assistant checks a session point by point against a chosen indicator of Qualiopi, the French quality certification required for public training funding, and suggests what is missing. Quality managers see gaps before an audit instead of during it.

Digiforma is designed for the French market, so check whether its documents and workflows fit your country before buying outside France. Data is stored with AWS in Ireland; ask which provider powers Pétronille and request the data processing agreement under GDPR Article 28. Qualiopi suggestions support quality work but do not replace the audit itself.
