Arlo is training management software from New Zealand for commercial training providers, associations and companies running courses, handling scheduling, registrations, payments and portals, with AI tools that generate elearning courses from prompts or existing documents.
Arlo covers course scheduling, email automation, a basic CRM, website registration, waitlists, customer and organization portals, certificates and reporting for instructor-led, online and blended training. - Generates courses from a promptArlo's AI generates an elearning course from a short prompt as a starting structure. Training providers that sell mostly classroom courses can add online preparation or follow-up modules without a separate authoring tool.
- Turns documents into elearningExisting PowerPoint, Word and PDF files are converted into interactive elearning content. Providers reuse slide decks and handouts they already have instead of rebuilding them by hand.
- Generates images for coursesInside the authoring tool, the AI generates images for course content, which can be saved in a personal image library for later use. According to Arlo's AI statement, the feature is optional, relies on providers such as OpenAI and Google, and customer content is not used for model training.

Questions to ask before you buy Arlo
Calculate total cost from license fees, per-registration fees and the elearning authoring add-on, since that is where the AI features sit. Choose the Ireland region if you need EU storage, and note that AI features send your input to providers such as OpenAI and Google. The data processing terms are part of the Master Subscription Agreement.
