Teach 'n Go is cloud school management software for language schools, tutoring academies, music schools and training centers, combining scheduling, attendance, payments and messaging with AI tools for data import, school data questions and message drafts.
Teach 'n Go handles class and lesson scheduling, student records, attendance, fee collection, a parent and student portal and messaging by email, SMS and WhatsApp. It is operated by Teach 'n Go Ireland Limited in Dublin, was founded in 2013 and says it is used in more than 55 countries. The interface is available in 24 languages. Prices scale with the number of live students, starting with plans for up to 100 students, and a Pro plan adds most of the AI tools and multi-location support.

- Imports existing school dataAI School Setup reads any uploaded or pasted spreadsheet and turns it into students, classes and teachers without templates or column mapping. AI Leads Import does the same for enquiry lists. Schools switching from spreadsheets get started without a manual data migration.
- Answers questions about the schoolAsk AI answers plain-language questions from the school's own data, such as attendance or revenue questions. The base plan includes 15 questions per month and Pro has no limit. Owners get answers without building reports.
- Drafts messages to familiesThe AI drafts messages to parents and students in any language, and staff review each draft before sending. Pro includes unlimited AI drafts, while the base plan includes 30 AI drafts per month according to the pricing page. Schools with international families write clear updates faster.
- Chases overdue feesAI Fee Recovery drafts payment reminders for overdue fees, and each one is approved before it goes out. A weekly digest email on Pro summarizes attendance, revenue and priorities, so administrators see open items early.
