EngageRocket AI features and pricing (October 2026)

EngageRocket is an employee listening platform from Singapore that runs engagement, pulse, lifecycle and 360 degree surveys for midsize and large employers, with AI that summarizes comments and flags attrition risk.

The platform has two modules. BELONG covers onboarding, engagement, pulse and exit surveys along the employee lifecycle, with dashboards and action nudges for line managers. GROW handles multi-rater 360 degree feedback, leadership competency frameworks and readiness scoring for succession planning.

EngageRocket was founded in 2016 and is run by EngageRocket Pte Ltd in Singapore. The vendor states it works in 32 countries with more than 450,000 users and 52 million collected responses; named customers include Toyota, Nikon, Epson, CIMB Niaga and Tokopedia. Results for groups are only shown once a minimum number of responses is reached.

• Summarizes open survey commentsThe AI groups thousands of free-text answers into themes and assigns a sentiment to each. HR teams no longer read every comment by hand and can see quickly which topics drive frustration or praise in which part of the organization.
• Flags attrition risk earlyA prediction model marks employees who, according to the vendor, are likely to resign within 60 to 90 days. HR can use this to plan retention conversations earlier, while the final assessment of each case stays with people who know the team.
• Finds engagement hotspotsHotspot detection compares teams and locations and highlights where engagement falls, together with the drivers that weigh most. This helps HR decide where follow-up work pays off first instead of spreading effort evenly.
• Suggests actions for managersAI action recommendations propose concrete steps for each manager based on the drivers measured in their own team, and a chat lets users explore results and design actions. Managers get a starting point for team discussions without waiting for an HR analysis.

• Combines engagement surveys and 360 degree feedback with succession readiness scoring in one vendor, split into the BELONG and GROW modules.
• Customer base concentrated in Southeast Asia and Japan, with named clients such as Toyota, Nikon, Tokopedia and CIMB Niaga.
• The vendor states AI topic and sentiment analysis in more than 70 languages and dashboards in more than 33 languages.

EngageRocket is based in Singapore and lists several Indonesian companies such as Tokopedia, CIMB Niaga and Halodoc on its customer page; its website is also available in Bahasa Indonesia.

Pricing is by quote, so ask which modules and employee volume the offer covers. Hosting location, subprocessors and the DPA are only shown in a trust center that was not publicly readable during our review in September 2026, so request them. In Singapore the PDPA applies, in Indonesia the Personal Data Protection Law of 2022. Clarify how flight risk scores are shown and who sees them, since they concern individual employees.
