Onfly is a Brazilian corporate travel and expense platform that combines self service booking of flights, hotels and cars with expense reports, reimbursement and a prepaid company card, and uses AI to validate receipts and flag spending that breaks policy.

Travel management lets employees book within the company policy, and expense management generates travel expense reports automatically, runs multi level approvals and handles reimbursement from a mobile app. The prepaid corporate card, physical or virtual, can be limited by merchant type or time period before a purchase happens. Onfly connects to more than 30 systems through integration partners, including TOTVS and SAP. The company is headquartered in Belo Horizonte with offices in São Paulo and Mexico City, lists operations in 11 countries in the Americas and states more than 3,000 customers. In April 2025 it raised a $40 million Series B led by Tidemark.

Ask where data is hosted, which certifications exist beyond the information security policy, which ERP connectors run directly and which through partners, and which plan includes the AI receipt checks. Payment works by credit card or top up by boleto, with invoiced billing for Premium and Enterprise after approval.
