Onspring is a no-code governance, risk and compliance platform used by internal audit, compliance and risk teams in companies and US government. Onspring AI summarizes documents such as SOC 2 reports, drafts remediation plans and answers questions across the system's data.

Onspring offers applications for internal audit, compliance, risk, third-party risk, policy, incident, data privacy, regulatory change and business resiliency, plus government solutions such as OMB A-123 risk and controls management. Customers configure the platform without code. Licensing works by users, by products with unlimited employee users, or as a hybrid, and each customer chooses a platform level from Bronze to Platinum that sets support, environments and storage. The company is based in Overland Park, Kansas. Onspring AI is licensed as an add-on from the Silver level and is described by the vendor as agentic GRC.

Onspring publishes its licensing structure and platform levels but no amounts, and Onspring AI requires at least the Silver level. The security page lists a SOC 2 Type II attestation, FedRAMP and CSA STAR Level 1, but hosting regions, SSO, the data processing agreement and subprocessors are available only on request. EU companies should ask where data would be stored. Check whether ready-made SOX content exists or must be configured.
