Radnova, the company formerly known as Yunxuetang (YXT), offers a cloud learning and talent development platform for large Chinese employers, with course and exam management, AI course recommendations, learning paths and an AI practice system.

The platform is run by Jiangsu Radnova Intelligent Technology; the yxt.com domain now redirects to radnova.com. According to the vendor, it has three product lines: TalentNova for talent development, NeoLearning for learning services and SaleSmart for sales enablement. Core functions include learner management, online, classroom and blended courses, question banks and exams with analytics, and connections to WeChat, DingTalk, ERP, OA and HR systems. The vendor offers industry solutions for pharma, food service, manufacturing and retail.

• Recommends coursesAn AI learning assistant and course recommendations suggest content for each employee based on individual progress. Learning teams do not have to assign every course by hand, and employees see training that fits their role.
• Plans learning pathsThe platform plans learning paths automatically and gives real-time feedback on learning results. HR can roll out structured development programs to large groups without building each path separately.
• Runs practice sessionsAn AI practice system based on data analysis lets employees rehearse work situations and assesses their skills over time. Managers and trainers see progress without observing every session.

• Three product lines cover talent development, learning services and sales enablement from one vendor.
• ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and China's Level 3 security certification according to the vendor.
• Connects to WeChat, DingTalk, ERP, OA and HR systems common in Chinese companies.

Based in Jiangsu province with a Chinese-language platform connected to WeChat and DingTalk; the vendor targets large companies across industries in China.

Radnova fits large employers training staff in China in Chinese. The vendor's AI descriptions are brief and the hosting location is not published, so request a demo of the AI features and ask where learner data is stored under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). If skill scores from AI practice are used for promotion decisions, Article 24 of PIPL gives employees the right to refuse decisions made solely by automated means.

• PIPL gives employees a right to refuse automated decisions
• Platforms must negotiate algorithm rules with unions
• Exemption for cross-border transfer of employee data
