Coolcollege is an enterprise learning platform for Chinese companies that train staff inside DingTalk, Feishu or WeCom, with AI agents for course creation, role-play practice, leadership coaching and exams.

Coolcollege, legally Kuxuan (Beijing) Technology, was founded in 2017 and was acquired by the Chinese HR software vendor Beisen in January 2025. The platform offers online courses, a course library with more than 11,000 courses, exams, live training and learning analytics, with editions that run inside DingTalk, Feishu and WeCom, plus a retail store edition. The vendor reports more than 100,000 client companies and over 20 million learners. Industries named on the about page include property management, finance and insurance, manufacturing, food service and retail.

• Turns slides into coursesThe AI course assistant parses a slide deck, writes a full script and produces a video with a digital presenter and subtitles. Subject matter experts can publish a course without recording themselves, which shortens content production for training teams.
• Practices sales conversationsAI role-play recreates realistic sales or service scenarios, lets employees practice at any time and scores their answers. Store and sales staff get repeated practice without tying up a trainer.
• Coaches new managersThe AI leadership coach runs management scenarios before, during and after a training program, tracks progress and gives personalized guidance. Learning teams can support many managers at once between classroom sessions.
• Answers questions while learningThe AI learning assistant can be called up by voice, summarizes key points and jumps to the relevant video segment. Employees find answers in course content without searching through whole lessons.

Coolcollege suits companies with many frontline employees in China that already use DingTalk, Feishu or WeCom. The hosting location is not published, so ask where learner data and practice recordings are stored and how the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) is applied. Scores from AI role-play and exams can show individual performance; if results are shared with managers, agree on the purpose with employee representatives first.
