What is Reply.io?

Reply is a sales engagement platform for outbound teams and agencies. It runs sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, includes mailbox warm-up and a contact database, and offers an AI SDR agent called Jason.

Reply is run by ReplyApp Inc., was founded in 2014 and lists offices in the US, Canada and Ukraine with more than 100 professionals. The product includes a database of more than one billion B2B contacts with live data credits, sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, a unified inbox, a meeting scheduler and deliverability tools with automatic warm-up. An API, webhooks and MCP allow custom workflows. It fits small and mid-sized outbound teams and agencies and does not require an IT project. Pricing is in US dollars.

Reply.io AI features and use cases

  • Runs outbound as an AI SDRJason, the AI SDR agent, learns a company's product and playbook, finds matching leads, personalizes outreach across email and LinkedIn, handles replies and books meetings. Teams can step into any part or let it run, which reduces manual prospecting work.
  • Personalizes emails at scaleAI Variables insert prospect-specific text into email templates, so large lists do not need hand-written openers. The trust page notes that AI content can contain inaccuracies, so review samples before large sends.
  • Builds and runs sequencesAI-generated sequences draft multichannel step plans, and Agentic Chat lets users run outreach with plain commands instead of clicking through menus. This shortens setup for new campaigns and for team members who are not used to the tool.
  • Writes in many languages with a chosen modelJason writes in more than 50 languages, and users pick the AI model from Claude, Gemini, Mistral or OpenAI. Some AI features rely on third-party AI providers, so inputs may be processed by them to produce the output.

What sets Reply.io apart

  • Plans differ by pricing basis: Email Volume prices by active contacts with unlimited users and mailboxes, while Multichannel prices per user.
  • Mailboxes can be bought, configured and warmed up inside the product, with DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) set automatically.
  • An MCP connection lets agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor run outbound work from a terminal.
