What is Shortwave?
Shortwave is an email client for Gmail accounts with a built-in AI assistant. It searches and summarizes threads, sorts incoming mail with AI filters and drafts replies, aimed at professionals and small teams with heavy email volumes.
Shortwave replaces the Gmail interface with its own inbox, search and team features and supports several email accounts under one plan. Plans differ in AI usage, search history and the number of AI filters. Automation across thousands of apps runs through Tasklet. Shortwave Communications, Inc. is based in California and stores data in Google Cloud data centers.
