Gemini in Google Workspace brings Google's AI assistant into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet and Drive and adds the standalone Gemini app, for companies that already run their office work on Google Workspace.
Google Workspace bundles email, calendar, documents, spreadsheets, video meetings and storage. Every plan now includes Gemini: Starter gets the assistant in Gmail, and Standard and higher extend it to Docs, Meet and other apps with expanded access to Gemini Notebook. Workspace Studio adds automated AI workflows. Gemini only retrieves Workspace content the user can already access.
