It has no single parent company.
ADP AI features and use cases
- Flags payroll errors before payoutADP Assist compares each payroll run against historical patterns and flags anomalies such as unusual amounts or missing entries before money goes out. Early users cited by ADP report saving about 30 minutes per payroll cycle by catching issues proactively.
- Answers workforce questions in plain languageInstead of building a report first, HR staff can ask ADP Assist a question about headcount, turnover or cost and get an answer with charts and a presentation-ready summary within seconds, drawing on the company's own payroll and HR data.
- Tracks workforce trends across a large datasetADP compares a client's workforce patterns against aggregated data from its broader customer base, which the company says spans more than 1.1 million organizations, to help HR leaders spot emerging trends such as turnover risk earlier.
- Monitors regulatory changes automaticallyAI tracks local, national and international compliance requirements as they change and surfaces recommendations for practitioners to review, reducing the manual work of tracking employment law updates across many jurisdictions at once.
