What is Condens?

Lite includes basic AI analysis for small data sets and a limited Ask AI; Business adds unlimited AI search, analysis of large data sets and connections to ChatGPT and Claude, while Enterprise connects a company LLM via custom MCP and adds advanced anonymization. Questions to ask before you buy Condens
Interview recordings contain personal data of participants, so plan consent and retention rules. Choose the EU region at setup if data must stay in Europe. Full AI search and large-scale analysis start with the Business plan, and SSO is an add-on there. Condens states that data is never used to train models for other customers.
