Develop Diverse is inclusive writing software for recruiting and employer branding teams at larger companies. It checks job ads and other candidate-facing texts for biased language, suggests alternatives and monitors published job ads.

The core product is a web editor, also available as a Microsoft Word add-in, where recruiters paste or write job ads and get flagged words, replacement suggestions, sentence rewrites, an inclusivity score and a readability check. Around it sit team collaboration, a corporate terminology list, a template library, analytics with benchmarks against other customers and the Inclusivity Monitor for published ads. ATS connectors exist for Greenhouse, Workday, Teamtailor, HR-ON and SAP SuccessFactors. Develop Diverse ApS was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 and has been part of the Danish HR software company HR-ON since 2026; it reports 3,000 users in more than 35 countries.

Talent acquisition leads get an overview across locations without checking each ad by hand; this feature supports English, Danish and Swedish.
