What is Eudia?
Eudia is an AI platform for in-house legal teams from a US company. It turns a legal department's playbooks and judgment into agents that review contracts, answer research questions and support compliance, M&A and litigation work.
Eudia's Unified Workspace combines a conversational assistant, specialized agents such as Argument Analysis, Case Analysis and PII Redaction, project knowledge bases and prompt libraries. Solutions cover contracting, compliance, M&A, litigation and self-service answers for business teams, and the assistant also works in Word, Outlook, Slack and PowerPoint. Eudia was founded in 2023 and announced a Series A of up to $105 million in February 2025. It lists offices in Palo Alto, New York, Phoenix, Irvine, Dublin and Bengaluru. A sister company, Eudia Counsel, offers legal services.
Eudia AI features and use cases
- Captures a team's review judgmentExpert Digital Twins are built from a few signed contracts, a standard template and an existing playbook, if there is one. The AI derives preferred positions, fallbacks and escalation paths, so colleagues and business teams apply the same standards.
- Reviews and redlines contractsAgents review agreements, flag risks, suggest edits and align wording with approved positions, working inside Microsoft Word. Legal teams reduce repetitive first-pass review and keep decisions consistent across many deals and counterparties.
- Researches law with citationsThe assistant routes research questions to legal databases or the web and answers with sentence-level citations to cases, statutes and SEC filings. Sources include U.S. case law, EU legislation and case law, and national laws of 18 or more jurisdictions in Europe and the Middle East.
- Lets business teams self-serveSales, marketing and procurement staff get guidance from agents built on the legal team's standards, such as a fallback redline or a regulatory check on marketing material. Legal receives fewer routine requests and keeps control of the rules.
What sets Eudia apart
- Setup starts from existing contracts, templates and playbooks, which the vendor turns into Expert Digital Twins instead of requiring weeks of rule writing.
- The research feature covers EU legislation and case law and national laws of 18 or more European and Middle Eastern jurisdictions, in addition to U.S. sources.
- Legal services from the sister company Eudia Counsel, an AI-native law firm, can be bought alongside the software.
- Integrations listed include Google Drive, SharePoint, Box, Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkSquares and OnIt.

Ask how privileged material is handled, whether customer content is used to train models, and which AI providers process your data.
