Inrecruiting is an Italian applicant tracking system owned by the Zucchetti Group, combining CV parsing, semantic candidate search and an AI interview assistant for midsize and large Italian employers.

Inrecruiting covers the full hiring cycle: multiposting to more than 35 job boards, career-page building, WhatsApp Business recruiting, video interviews and GDPR-compliant candidate management, alongside CV anonymization for bias reduction and skills-based matching using standard taxonomies such as ESCO and ISCO. It is part of Zucchetti's broader HR and business-software suite, aimed at midsize and large Italian employers with a customer base built up since 2011. Inrecruiting does not publish customer logos on its product pages or disclose pricing without a quote request.

• Reads and structures CVs automaticallyThe AI reads resumes from text or image files, such as scanned PDFs and photos, and extracts structured candidate data automatically. Recruiters get populated application records instead of manually retyping information from every CV that arrives.

Recruiters review a written summary instead of conducting every initial call themselves, according to the vendor.
• Drafts job postings and interview questionsGenerative AI tools draft job posting copy, social media promotion text and interview questions from a short brief. Hiring teams get a starting draft for each of these instead of writing them from scratch every time.

• AI interview assistant runs preliminary screening in more than 46 languages, unusually broad for a single national ATS market.
• CV anonymization feature specifically targets bias reduction in screening, beyond standard GDPR handling.
• Part of Zucchetti's wider Italian business-software group, with potential bundling into existing Zucchetti HR or payroll modules.

Before buying, request a quote covering the specific modules you need, since Inrecruiting does not publish prices, and clarify how it connects to any non-Zucchetti payroll or HRIS system you already run. Because the AI screens, scores and interviews candidates, German or EU-based employers should involve the works council under Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG and review EU AI Act obligations for recruitment AI, which apply from December 2, 2027.
