Bizneo is a cloud-based applicant tracking system from Spain that combines job posting, candidate screening and interview scheduling with a set of AI agents. It serves companies of all sizes across Spain, France, Italy and Latin America.

Bizneo HR is a modular recruiting suite built in Madrid, covering job multiposting to more than 200 boards, a candidate database with CV parsing, career site building, video interviews, psychometric testing and recruitment analytics. The wider Bizneo platform bundles this with separate time tracking, team management, training and finance modules. It targets employers of every size, from small businesses to large multinationals, and lists customers including Telepizza, Air Europa, Repsol and Hawkers. Bizneo is privately held with no disclosed parent company and sells through a network of regional offices across Europe and Latin America.

• Writes job ads from a title aloneThe AI writing agent turns a bare job title into a complete job description and set of requirements, following the platform's standard structure. Recruiters get a usable draft instead of writing each posting from scratch, which shortens the time between an approved vacancy and a live ad.
• Pre-screens and ranks applicationsThe screening agent parses incoming resumes and ranks candidates against the job profile automatically. According to the vendor, this removes manual reading of every application from the recruiter's queue and surfaces the closest matches first.
• Conducts automated voice interviewsThe AI voice interview agent calls candidates directly and runs a structured phone interview without a recruiter on the line. The recruiting team receives the results afterward, which lets a small team run first-round interviews across a much larger applicant pool.
• Scores and prioritizes large applicant poolsThe AI analyst agent reviews every application in a pool and produces a fit score with supporting notes. Hiring teams can then work down a ranked list instead of triaging hundreds of files individually, according to the vendor.

Bizneo is headquartered in Madrid, and named Spanish customers include Air Europa, Repsol and Telepizza. A company press release from October 2025 says its business in Brazil tripled in 12 months, naming customers such as Sodexo, Localiza and the Brazilian Olympic Committee; for Italy it names customers such as Saica and Lube.

Before buying, clarify which modules a quote covers, since Bizneo shows only a starting price and quotes its Pro and Advanced plans individually. Confirm how candidate data is processed by the AI screening and voice interview agents, and check the connection to your payroll or HRIS system. In Spain, Article 64.4(d) of the Workers' Statute gives employee representatives a right to information on algorithms that affect access to employment. In Brazil, the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) requires a legal basis and a defined purpose for processing applicant and employee data. Across the EU, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is needed, and EU AI Act obligations for recruitment AI apply from December 2, 2027.
