AI Eolma Gyeongri (iQuest) AI features and pricing (October 2026)

AI Eolma Gyeongri is iQuest's bookkeeping software for small Korean businesses and sole owners. It combines accounting, tax invoices, receivables, payroll and tax filing with patented AI account coding and AI receipt capture.

The package covers bookkeeping, electronic tax invoices with Hometax comparison, customer balances and aging, bank transfers from the ERP, card purchases and sales, closing entries, budget, fixed assets, multi-currency and export of entries and payroll to the tax software used by accountants. The mobile app Eolmaeyo M is included. iQuest Co., Ltd. is based in Gangnam, Seoul, holds ISO 9001 and sells partner editions through the Shinhyup credit unions, KB Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank and LG U+.

• Pre-fills vouchers from tax dataAI voucher entry pulls purchase and sales tax invoices and card transactions automatically and pre-fills the voucher and account. Owners open the software and find entries already prepared instead of typing them.
• Chooses the account for everyday spendA patented AI assigns everyday expenses to the correct account. Users without accounting training record what they spent, and the software handles the chart of accounts. This leaves less to correct for the tax accountant at year end.
• Reads receipt photosStaff photograph a receipt and the AI reads amount, date and merchant, then registers the expense in the ERP. Travel and field expenses reach the books the same day, and users can correct misread fields.

• A flat monthly price of KRW 39,000 with a refund guarantee targets very small companies and sole owners.
• Partner editions are sold through Korean banks and a telecom provider, such as KB Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank and LG U+.
• Entries and payroll can be sent to the accountant's tax software with one button.

iQuest is based in Seoul. The software works with the Hometax portal and Korean banks, and partner editions are sold through the Shinhyup credit unions, KB Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank and LG U+.

This is software for Korean bookkeeping: the interface is Korean and the features follow Korean VAT, tax invoice and Hometax rules. iQuest did not publish a hosting location or information security certificate beyond ISO 9001 in September 2026. Ask how bank and card data are collected and stored, which data the AI features use, and what the refund guarantee covers. Personal data falls under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
