Kingdee Cloud AI features and pricing (October 2026)

Kingdee Cloud is the cloud ERP line of China's Kingdee, with Galaxy for mid-sized and Constellation for large companies. Its finance cloud adds AI agents for close, expense review, payment checks and forecasting.

The finance cloud covers financial accounting, treasury, tax management, shared services, budgeting, consolidated and management reporting and financial analytics, with multi-language and multi-timezone support. Kingdee Cloud Galaxy targets growing mid-sized companies, Constellation large groups and Stellar small firms. The AI agents run on Lingee, Kingdee's agentic operating system, while Cosmic is Kingdee's enterprise AI PaaS platform.

Kingdee was founded in 1993 in Shenzhen, is listed in Hong Kong (268.HK) and states that more than 7.4 million organizations use its software. An international business center in Singapore serves customers outside mainland China.

• Runs the month-end closeThe month-end closing agent generates a closing checklist, tracks the progress of each task and flags exceptions. Controllers see open items in one place and spend less time chasing status updates by email.
• Reviews supplier paymentsThe procurement payment review agent pulls data from several sources and checks whether a payment request is valid before it is released. According to Kingdee, this lowers review effort and payment risk for the finance team.
• Checks expense claims and documentsThe Travel Expense AI Agent handles expense requests and approvals, while a multi-modal document review AI reads attached documents. Finance staff review fewer routine claims by hand and focus on cases the AI flags.
• Forecasts budgets and flags business risksBudget Forecasting AI supports budget forecasts, and Business Analysis AI issues business risk alerts and supports budget analysis. Controllers see deviations earlier and spend less time preparing the same analyses each month.

• Three ERP editions by company size (Stellar, Galaxy, Constellation) share one vendor ecosystem.
• The international public cloud runs on servers in Singapore; a public data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses is available.
• AI agents are built on Kingdee's own platform Lingee, which is priced per user with separately purchased AI credits.

Kingdee is headquartered in Shenzhen, listed in Hong Kong, and according to IDC has held the top market share in China's growth enterprise application software market for 22 consecutive years.

Kingdee Cloud suits groups with a subsidiary in mainland China or companies that already run Kingdee there. Clarify which cloud your data lands in: the international offering runs in Singapore, while hosting for mainland Chinese deployments is not described on the global site. Ask for the SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, check how the data processing agreement handles transfers under GDPR, and budget AI credits separately from user licenses.
