Langdock AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Langdock is a Berlin-based AI platform that gives companies chat, configurable agents, workflows and API access to many language models in one EU-hosted workspace, from small teams to organizations with more than 1,000 users.

Langdock's base subscription covers chat and agents; workflows, governance and API access are add-ons. More than 40 models are available, some in EU and some in global regions, and the API is billed per token. The company is headquartered in Berlin. According to its security page, the application and most models run on Microsoft Azure servers in the EU, and customer data is not used to train models. Langdock holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II and publishes a DPA and subprocessor information in its trust center.

• Sets up agents for recurring team tasksAgents are configured chatbots for a specific use case or document set and stay grounded in uploaded company files. Teams can turn a recurring task, such as answering policy questions, into an agent colleagues reuse instead of writing prompts each time.
• Lets agents act in other systemsNative connectors and MCP support give agents actions in other tools; Langdock discovers MCP tools automatically and adds confirmation flows. Staff can trigger actions from the chat while a confirmation step prevents unintended changes.
• Automates multi-step AI processesThe Workflows product runs AI automations, with 2,500 runs a month included and larger packages available. Operations teams can schedule processing steps that combine models and data sources.
• Brings agents into Slack and TeamsAgents can be invoked through forms or prompts in Langdock, the Slack app or the Microsoft Teams app. Employees use them where they already work.

Check which models run in the EU and which in global regions, and decide which ones may process personal data. Workflows and API access cost extra, and the governance package becomes paid from January 1, 2027. In Germany, agents that analyze employee data involve the works council. Langdock provides its DPA through the trust center.
