Make is a general-purpose, no-code automation platform from Prague, part of Celonis since 2020, used across departments including HR, with native connections to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini and a visual editor for orchestrating AI agents.

Make is a general-purpose, no-code automation platform built around a visual, drag-and-drop scenario editor, not a dedicated HR tool. It started in Prague in 2012 as Integromat, was acquired by process-mining company Celonis, and was rebranded to Make in 2022; it now runs as a separate business unit within Celonis with a product and engineering team of more than 350 people. Customers choose an EU or a US data center for each organization, and Make serves businesses from small to large.

Make is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, which is outside the 23 countries this directory covers. Its public customer and revenue data show no single country that stands out, so no strong market is listed.

Set up a data processing agreement with Make once employee personal data passes through the platform or its connected AI calls, and define who may create or edit scenarios touching HR data. Where an automated scenario ends up monitoring or scoring individual employees, that process can still trigger works council co-determination under Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG, even though Make itself is a generic tool.
