Pricing is per user, starting at $15 per user per month for the Premium plan, with a 30-day free trial and no permanent free plan.

• Builds flows from a natural-language descriptionCopilot builds a cloud automation from a conversational description instead of manual step-by-step configuration. An HR admin can describe a leave-approval routing rule in plain language and get a working flow to adjust.
• Repairs some automation errors at runtimeIn desktop flows, a self-healing feature, still marked preview, detects errors caused by changed upstream systems and repairs some of them automatically. This reduces how often a broken flow needs manual troubleshooting after a connected system changes.
• Summarizes process data in plain languageCopilot in Process Mining turns raw process data into natural-language findings instead of requiring a manual analysis. Operations and HR teams can review what is slowing down a process without building a dashboard first.
• Extracts data from documents without codeAI Builder provides trainable models for document processing and text recognition that a non-developer can configure. HR teams can pull structured data out of contracts or ID documents as part of a flow instead of typing it in manually.

• Sold through Microsoft's existing 365 enterprise channel, so it reaches organizations already licensed for Microsoft rather than through a separate sales process.
• Data residency is chosen per environment by macro region, including an EU and EFTA option that keeps data at rest within Microsoft's EU Data Boundary.
• Published list pricing starting at $15 per user per month, unlike most enterprise automation tools that quote on request.

Microsoft's own Power Platform case study index names several flagship customers concentrated in the US (including AECOM, Concentrix, Epiq and Holland America Line), Germany (Deutsche Bahn, Daimler Truck and COSMO CONSULT) and Canada (Cineplex, City of Montreal and Teck), each with three or more named references, while every other country in the previous list had only one named example.

Check your data processing agreement with Microsoft before routing HR data through flows, and decide who may build or edit flows touching HR records. Outside a few GPU-enabled regions, Copilot is on by default through a cross-geo data-sharing toggle an admin can turn off at the tenant level. If a resulting workflow ends up monitoring or scoring individual employees, German works councils can still claim co-determination under Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG.
