Orum is an AI dialer for outbound sales teams that call by phone. It dials several numbers at once, filters out voicemails and screeners, connects reps to live people, and adds lead prioritization and AI coaching. It suits teams with a dedicated phone prospecting function.

Orum combines Operator for parallel and power dialing, Scout for lead and number prioritization, Coach for call analysis and Salesfloor for team collaboration with live chat and screen sharing. Calls are recorded and summarized, and international dialing covers more than 160 countries and regions. It integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong and Apollo. Plans require a minimum of 9 seats and are quoted on request. The vendor names OnBoard, Abnormal Security and Punch as customers on its homepage.

• Filters out voicemails and screenersThe AI detects whether a call reached a human, a screener, a voicemail or a phone tree, including Apple and Google call screening, and recognizes more than 20 languages. Reps are connected to live answers, which cuts time lost on dead numbers and gatekeepers.
• Dials several leads in parallelOperator dials in parallel or in power mode and bridges the call once a person picks up. It can also drop pre-recorded voicemails. Callers spend more of each session in conversations and less on waiting and manual dialing.
• Chooses the number most likely to answerScout reviews dialing history, flags dead ends and selects the number most likely to reach the contact, while surfacing the hottest leads first. Reps start each session with a prioritized list rather than working through contacts in list order.
• Scores calls and trains repsCoach listens to calls, detects objections, suggests battlecards and applies scorecards. The vendor also lists role-play agents and coaching portals as part of its AI Coaching add-on. Managers coach from flagged moments instead of sampling recordings at random.

• Orum states ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701 certifications in addition to SOC 2 Type 2.

Outbound calling in the US falls under rules such as the TCPA and the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and consent requirements for recording calls differ by state. The security page names GDPR readiness and a Trust Portal but no hosting regions or subprocessors, so ask for them. Coach scores individual reps, so agree internally how scores are used.
